A successful mixed secondary school in Merton is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Technician to join their technical support team.

The Role
Provide daily technical support to staff and students across the school site.
Set up maintain and troubleshoot hardware such as PCs laptops Chromebooks and interactive screens.
Support software installations updates and user accounts.
Assist with maintaining the school network Wi-Fi and servers.
Log and resolve IT issues promptly through the helpdesk system.
Contribute to IT projects and upgrades.
Requirements
Previous IT support experience (school experience desirable but not essential).
Strong troubleshooting ability and good understanding of Windows Office 365 and basic networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
