Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Director/Producer: Leading the Drama curriculum across Key Stage 3 up to A-Level.
Performance Leader: Directing major school productions and managing technical requirements in collaboration with technicians.
Curriculum Manager: Managing the departmental budget resources and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Drama/Theatre Studies and QTS. Proven experience in departmental leadership or significant second-in-charge experience is essential.
