A large and popular 1118 academy with strong Science outcomes is seeking a committed Science Technician to support their expanding STEM faculty.
Role Overview
The school is recruiting a Science Technician for January 2026.

You will support the smooth running of the Science department across KS3KS5.
The Role
As a Science Technician you will contribute to high-quality practical science through:
preparing equipment chemicals and materials for lessons
maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring safe storage
supporting practical demonstrations and teacher-led experiments
managing prep rooms and ensuring compliance with COSHH and safety guidance
assisting with procurement stock checks and resource management.
