A warm and supportive primary school in Acton is seeking a committed EYFS SEN TA to work 1:1 with a Reception pupil diagnosed with ASD speech delay and difficulties with social engagement. You will support the child throughout the school day helping them transition between tasks communicate their needs and remain engaged in adult-led and child-led activities.
The role requires delivering individually tailored routines using visuals such as now-and-next boards social stories and simple communication addition you will lead small play-based learning sessions that promote turn-taking interaction and early language development. The school places a strong emphasis on consistency emotional wellbeing and building trust with pupils who require additional care and attention.
This is an exciting opportunity for a TA who enjoys structured early years work thrives in a nurturing environment and can bring creativity into their daily practice. Youll receive regular guidance from the SENCO and may work with external therapists who provide strategies for implementation.

Previous experience supporting children with ASD
Enhanced DBS
Understanding of safeguarding
