Job Summary

Tasks
- Own and ship end-to-end features from API design and data models to polished UIs and production monitoring.
- Build scalable backend APIs in Python/FastAPI
- Ship high-quality frontends using (React TypeScript) TanStack (Query/Router).
- Design and evolve agent workflows in LangChain/LangGraph that are robust observable and debuggable (not just prompt hacks)
- Work with both structured and unstructured procurement data (RFQs emails quotes contracts)
- Build data & system integrations (ERP email supplier systems)
- Help shape our architecture reliability and engineering best practices as we grow
- Collaborate directly with founders PM and customers to understand real procurement workflows and turn them into product.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills - clean maintainable well-tested code matters
- Professional experience with React/ and TypeScript
- Experience in data engineering and backend architecture
- Comfortable building and scaling RESTful APIs
- Curiosity about how LLMs can be used in real-world settings
- A builder mindset - you like to ship measure and iterate rather than bikeshed
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you spot problems propose solutions and drive them to completion without waiting for perfect specs
- 4 years experience in relevant (Start-Up) roles
