Job Summary

Currently we are looking for an Intern in Customer Relations duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Tasks
Are you passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the dynamics of international business Join us at Tianshi GmbH as a Customer Relations Intern and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and globally connected environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to Tianshis networks across Europe via online and offline channels
Organize prepare and actively participate in events meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of GermanEnglish in both written and spoken
- strong communication skills
- excellent online/offline marketing skills
- Active motivated team player; able to work independently
- PC skills with the MS Office package
