Tasks
- Develop and implement regional financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee accounting financial reporting budgeting and forecasting for Europe & Americas.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS local tax laws and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
- Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow treasury and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
- Lead mentor and develop a regional finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HQ country managers and cross-functional teams on business planning risk management and process improvements.
- Support audits due diligence and regulatory reporting across the region.
- Lead and coordinate new company registrations in the region ensuring legal and financial compliance.
- Oversee RWA (Real-World Asset) license applications registration and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives and process optimization in finance operations.
- Provide strategic advice on investments mergers acquisitions and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- 10 years of senior financial management experience preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS European and American accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven experience managing regional finance operations and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience with new company registration licensing and regulatory compliance (RWA or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in direct selling / MLM or FMCG industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European language skills are advantageous.
