Regional Finance Director (mwd)

Tasks

• Develop and implement regional financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee accounting financial reporting budgeting and forecasting for Europe & Americas.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS local tax laws and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
• Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow treasury and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
• Lead mentor and develop a regional finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HQ country managers and cross-functional teams on business planning risk management and process improvements.
• Support audits due diligence and regulatory reporting across the region.
• Lead and coordinate new company registrations in the region ensuring legal and financial compliance.
• Oversee RWA (Real-World Asset) license applications registration and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives and process optimization in finance operations.
• Provide strategic advice on investments mergers acquisitions and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
• 10 years of senior financial management experience preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS European and American accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proven experience managing regional finance operations and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with new company registration licensing and regulatory compliance (RWA or similar) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in direct selling / MLM or FMCG industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European language skills are advantageous.
