NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse to join our clinical team for a 13-week travel assignment in Watertown NY. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to float across multiple inpatient units as needed.
Position Details -
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7p 7a)

Ratio: 1:5 6

Common Diagnoses: Sepsis COPD CHF post-op general med-surg plastics post-op ALC patients
-
Required Drips: Heparin drips Magnesium riders Potassium riders
-
EMR: Meditech (required)
Requirements -
Active New York RN license
-
BLS & ACLS (required)
-
PCU experience highly preferred
-
Must have completed at least one successful travel assignment (no first-time travelers)
-
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Proven ability to manage diverse patient acuity prioritize care and delegate effectively
-
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
-
Must be able to work weekends holidays and float as needed

100-mile radius rule applies
About the Role The MS/Tele Float RN will provide comprehensive patient care across multiple units including telemetry med-surg and acute rehab. The ideal candidate is adaptable comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to perform in high-stress situations while maintaining excellent clinical quality.
