Job Summary
Role: Project Manager Senior (Key Personnel)
Location: Tallahassee FL - 32399 (Onsite with Hybrid role)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8 10 years of IT project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing cybersecurity or governance projects.
- Experience supporting state or federal programs preferred.
- PMP strongly preferred; ITIL 4 recommended
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DEP OTIS and oversee all contractor activities.
- Ensure all deliverables risk assessments SSP updates policy documents categorizations and governance materials are completed on time and meet DEP quality standards.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule resource plan risk register and communications plan.
- Lead project status meetings prepare progress reports and ensure transparency in work tracking.
- Coordinate across DEP stakeholders cybersecurity teams and governance leads to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
- Ensure all contractor personnel adhere to DEP standards documentation requirements and security guidelines.
- Manage quality assurance reviews of all deliverables prior to submission.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of NIST CSF NIST 800-53 and Florida 60GG-2 F.A.C. requirements.
- Experience leading projects involving SSP development risk assessments and policy modernization.
- Expertise in PMBOK-aligned project governance
