Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain Java applications with integration to MQ and Kafka.
Develop and maintain MQ messaging solutions (queues topics channels) and Kafka producers/consumers.
Ensure high availability reliability and scalability of messaging systems.
Collaborate with architects business analysts and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize MQ and Kafka integrations.
Implement monitoring alerting and best practices for messaging infrastructure.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong Java development skills (Core Java Spring Boot RESTful services).
Hands-on experience with IBM MQ administration and development.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producer consumer stream processing).
Understanding of messaging patterns high availability and fault-tolerant systems.
Experience with CI/CD version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
