Job Title: Training Development Lead Oracle Utilities C2M
Location: Philadelphia PA
Duration: 6-12 Months
Independent candidates only
We are seeking a Training Development Lead to support our client in their Oracle Utilities C2M (Customer-to-Meter) implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating training materials and delivering end-user training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training content manuals presentations and user guides for C2M.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training for business and technical users.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand processes and training needs.
- Travel to client locations as required to deliver training.
Required Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M.
- Hands-on experience in training development and delivery.
- Ability to simplify technical processes for end-users.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
