JOB TITLE: CCA Inspector - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Oldsmar FL
PAY RATE: $26-28/hour

Summary:

Perform visual inspection of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001.
Follow predetermined methods inspection operations drawings and written instructions.
Use measuring devices such as dial indicators preset micrometers scales etc.
Conduct 100% visual inspection of CCA assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications including IPC standards and related reference documents.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED required.
Ability to work under a microscope and sit for extended periods.
2 years solder/visual inspection experience or 2 years manufacturing/soldering experience with electronic assemblies.
1 year conformal coating experience.
Experience inspecting solder connections or building CCAs per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001.
Strong attention to detail; quality- and process-focused.
Skilled in interpreting drawings diagrams parts lists and IPC standards.
Strong communication skills; team-oriented; able to work professionally with manufacturing.
Basic PC proficiency.
Documentation Skills (1 2 yrs)
IPC-A-610 (2 4 yrs)
IPC-J-STD (2 4 yrs)
Measurement Standards (1 2 yrs)
Visual Inspection (2 4 yrs)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
