Setup/HW technician job requirements

1) Installation maintenance and repairs of ATE/SLT hardware.

2) Thermal setup installation (pedestal TIM plunger/lid) and its operation on plunger and ATC lid.

3) MB and E-board installation. Troubleshooting of SLT setup (E-board socket & thermal head) and ATE setup (loadboard socket & plunger).

4) Test setup validation with a golden unit. Ongoing socket monitoring/maintenance.

5) Support ENG requests.

Skillset

1) Know IC testing setups (ATE or/and SLT) and troubleshooting. must have

2) Know thermal control and chiller operation. nice to have

3) Capable to read mechanical drawings and know general mechanical knowledge. nice to have

4) Able to repair socket under microscope. Good vision and stable handling tiny pin. must have

5) Able to lift 25 pounds load-board for ATE setup installation and debug. must have
