What Youll Do:

• Engage with Prospective Clients Communicate with individuals to understand their goals and help determine if our personal development programs are the right fit.
• Support Client Progress Connect with clients to guide and encourage them as they move through their chosen programs.
• Collaborate with a Like-Minded Team Work alongside other professionals and trainers who are committed to making a positive impact.
• Contribute Creatively Assist in the creation of promotional content for digital campaigns and social media platforms to help amplify our message.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Excellent Communication Skills Youre confident and articulate both in writing and over the phone with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Highly Organized & Self-Directed Able to manage your time prioritize tasks and follow through without the need for constant supervision.
• Tech-Savvy Comfortable using a computer and navigating online platforms efficiently.
• Trainable & Adaptable Open to learning new systems and following a structured training process to ensure consistency and success.
• Team-Oriented Willing to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment.
• Results-Focused Youre driven motivated and committed to achieving your goals while helping others do the same.

Not Essential but Would Be Advantageous:

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service 10 years in sales telemarketing or client-facing roles will be highly regarded.
• Marketing Know-How Prior experience with digital marketing promotional campaigns or social media engagement is a plus.
• Sales Process Understanding Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales approaches will give you a head start.
