Based at our Headquarters in Pittsburgh PA you will lead and expand our Security Solutions team into a world-class cybersecurity organization delivering value-added products and services to the Power & Water Solutions customer base. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by driving innovation and strengthening cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and grow the North America Security Solutions Group fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Partner with the Global Service Center Cybersecurity Center of Excellence to align strategies and share best practices.
- Expand the Security Solutions business for Ovation systems through close collaboration with Marketing Product Development Projects and Sales teams.
- Build strong relationships with North America customers to deliver high-quality control system security solutions.
- Attract develop and lead talent while managing resources to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee a business with annual sales of $20$30M and a budget exceeding $2.5M.
- Prepare and present financial and business development plans for Security Solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations showcasing advanced security services to internal and external stakeholders.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in field service sales application engineering or first-level management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% mainly domestically.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Chemical Mechanical or Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
- Industry certifications such as GICSP or CCNA.
- Experience with distributed control systems (DCS) process control project management and team leadership.
