Job Summary

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage day-to-day total rewards operations (compensation and benefits) ensuring they are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide support to employees on compensation and benefits-related inquiries and issues aligned to service level agreements.
  • Approve transactions within the Workday and process inquiries through the companys ticketing system
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation and benefit issues that cannot be resolved via Tier 1 support.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in audits and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Oversee the payment process to ensure all vendors are paid accurately and timely.
  • Support evaluation of the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs.
  • Run and analyze Workday total rewards data in auditing for any discrepancies and look for opportunities to minimize deficiencies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation & benefits operations.
  • Assist with training initiatives by creating presentations and delivering them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the processing of local incentive bonus plans allowances and one-time payments in collaboration with HR Operations Payroll and relevant Center of Excellence teams


Requirements:

  • Experience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing system.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  • Very good understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Workday ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German
  • Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate understanding of working in diverse cultural environments.
