Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience leading Finance Transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R)Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) FP&A Costing and Financial Close.
- Knowledge ofFinancefunctionsinanyERP platform (SAP/Oracle/JDE/others) andcorrespondingFinance Data Models.
- Expertisein designing and operationalizing digital finance solutions powered by cloud platforms modern dataarchitecture analytics AI and automation.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes including planning budgeting forecasting driverbased modeling scenario planning and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise finance operating models controls policies financial reporting and governance.
- Hands-on exposure to data engineering concepts data modeling ETL pipelines and integration of financial systems with cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure GCP AWS).
- Ability to translate finance requirements into analytical & AI use cases (forecasting anomaly detection predictive insights cash flow modeling etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools and visualization tools (Tableau Power BICognosSACQuicksight).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with experience managing global teams.
- Excellent communication and executivelevel presentation capabilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/ML life cycleMLOps automation tools and financial data governance.
- Understanding GenAIenabled finance workflows copilots and intelligent assistants.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake DatabricksBigQuery) and orchestration tools (Airflow ADFdbt).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in fastpaced environments.
- Ability to think through complex user scenarios and design simple yet effective user interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Shape and strengthen PwCs Digital Finance offering within CEDA.
- Drive thought leadership capability building and gotomarket expansion.
- Mentor and develop teams to deliver highimpact digital finance transformation engagements.
Sales
- Work closely with Practice leadership and clients to build proposalsRFPand accounting for budgetary plans.
Project Delivery and Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital finance transformation programs involving process redesign data & analytics modernization and AIdriven insights.
- Manage communication and project delivery between India and US teams
- Manage client proposals presentations timelinesqualityand act as subject matter expert onfinance processes digital architecture and analytical solutions.
- Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously
- Manage team members proactively
- Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective
- And mentor juniors and team members on analytics and project delivery best practices
- Help assess the impact of workand conduct so-what analysis.
- Develop storylines and make presentations
Firm Building & Intellectual Capital Development
- Contribute to innovationaccelerators frameworks and reusable assets.
- Publish thoughtleadershipwhite papers and internal knowledge artifacts.
- Support talent development through coaching and capability uplift.
Subject Matter Expert
- Stay current with global finance transformation trends cloud & data technologies and evolving AI capabilities.
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders to bring integrated endtoend digital finance solutions to clients.
- Act as a Digital Finance SME during pursuits and client workshops.
