Founding Design Engineer

Job Description:
As a Founding Design Engineer youll shape the product vision and user experience from day one. This pivotal role blends deep design expertise with hands-on engineering execution empowering you to build iterate and ship quickly. You will drive both strategic design direction and implementation making a direct impact on user satisfaction and the companys growth trajectory.

What you will do:

Own and execute the end-to-end product design process from research and wireframes to polished UI.

The ideal candidate:

Has a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design and UX/UI skills.
Brings proven experience shipping production-ready front-end code and bridging design with engineering.
Thrives in fast-paced ambiguous startup environments with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
