Job Summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Joint Replacement team in Perth on a 12 month fixed term contract!
As a Robotics (Mako) Product Specialist you will play a critical role in supporting robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery across Western Australia.
Youll work closely with surgeons clinical teams and hospital staff to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Mako system. This is a hands-on theatre-based role that combines technical expertise clinical support and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support: Provide in-theatre technical assistance during Mako robotic-assisted procedures ensuring optimal system performance and surgeon confidence.
Case Planning: Assist with pre-operative planning and ensure accurate data integration for surgical cases.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption during procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with surgeons hospital administrators and clinical teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product advancements and share best practices to enhance surgical outcomes.
Training & Education: Deliver comprehensive training to surgeons nurses and hospital staff on Mako technology and workflows.
