Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Plain youll drive customer success from onboarding to expansion directly shaping our product. This hybrid role involves working closely with customers product and sales using Plains own platform to power high-quality interactions. Your insights will directly influence our product roadmap ensuring customers love and grow with us.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary advocate for customer needs gathering feedback and influencing product development priorities.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or post-sales role.

  • Demonstrated success within an early-stage B2B SaaS company environment.

  • A genuine passion for customer advocacy and helping users maximize product value.
