Personal Lines Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. Compensation Package
Base salary: $40000 $55000 (dependent on experience) commission opportunities

Responsibilities
Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts including quoting renewing and servicing policies.
Handle inbound leads and quote requests ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Close sales from inbound leads (no outbound sales required).
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Holds an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience.
Proficiency with AMS360 agency management software is preferred.
Strong team orientation with a collaborative mindset.
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
