Job Summary
A growing telehealth organization is seeking an in-office Telehealth Program Manager to lead a team of telehealth nurses and ensure smooth high-quality virtual patient care. This role involves overseeing daily operations improving workflows supporting platform usage and working cross-functionally to enhance both patient experience and clinical performance.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing a team of telehealth nurses and daily clinical operations
Ensuring adherence to telehealth protocols and patient-care standards
Providing training workflow guidance and platform support
Monitoring performance and improving operational processes
Collaborating with internal departments to enhance systems and patient outcomes
