Job Description

Job Title - RPA Developer

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - Bangalore

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy RPA solutions. This includes creating and maintaining automation workflows implementing data integrations and developing scripts.
Implement error handling and exception management to ensure robust bot performance.
Conduct thorough testing of Automation solutions to ensure accuracy reliability and compliance with business requirements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes bot configurations and changes including Technical Specifications and user guides.
Monitor the performance of deployed automationand address any issues promptly.
Maintain existing automationin production and troubleshoot/fix issues. Implement enhancements to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving business requirements.
Develop rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) quickly validating feasibility.
Support/Overlap during PST hours.
Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA/AI technologies and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

5-8 years experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere A360 including Document Automation and Co-Pilot.
4-5 years experience in Python development.
4-5 years experience in SQL writing stored procedures VB Scripts and Macros.
Extensive Experience coding and/or using APIs.
Demonstrated proficiency in Smart sheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook and SharePoint).
Knowledge of and experience with Azure AI/LLMs preferred.
Snowflake experience added plus.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong organization and self-management skills willing to take initiative and follow through work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Certification: Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (Automation 360).
