Essential Duties/Functions and Responsibilities
* Conduct value engineering reviews to achieve an optimal balance between cost and quality.
*Draft review and validate change orders managing risks and ensuring alignment among all involved parties.
*Facilitate communication among various stakeholders including airport authorities construction teams and third-party consultants.
*Host regular project progress meetings to provide clear status updates and proactively identify potential issues that could affect project deliverables.
*Implement and oversee asset life cycle management strategies to ensure long-term operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
*Manage the design phase ensuring engineering consultants deliver per contractual agreements.
*Oversee the construction phase tracking timelines milestones and budgets while preparing regular status reports for the client.
*Review and validate engineering designs to comply with established standards and regulations.
To Be Successful

*Minimum 10 years of hands-on design work in construction or infrastructure projects (preferably focusing on airport or other infrastructure projects)
*Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
*Active Professional Engineer(PE) License.
*Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
*Demonstrated leadership and project management skills substantiated by a track record of successful project delivery.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient in AutoCAD MicroStation and other drafting programs.
