Legal Consultant Financial Services Fixed Income and Credit Transactions

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals with Fixed Income and Credit Transactions experience to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

Minimum Qualifications:

• 810 PQE with a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience and ideally around VP level
• Significant experience in fixed income credit and markets advisory work
• Strong transactional background (macro or credit) with the ability to manage end to end matters independently
• Private practive and In house experience within financial institutions is highly preferred
• Ability to provide clear commercially focused legal advice under tight timelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on fixed income and credit transactions including structuring documentation and regulatory considerations
• Provide advisory input on transactional matters rather than serving as a pure negotiator
• Advise front office teams on macro and credit products and support BAU transactional workflows including reviewing drafting and advising on a range of market related agreements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Singapore and regional markets
• Ensure legal risks are identified assessed and managed in line with internal policies and regulatory expectations
