About the Opportunity

Harvey Fresh is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead site manufacturing operations with passion and commitment. Reporting to the Site Manager youll oversee daily activities planning and coordination to meet output budget and quality targets for our UHT/ESL Fresh Fill and Processing production areas.

Youll drive continuous improvement in safety cost control and people management while fostering a strong customer service culture.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and organisational skills with proven ability to deliver business improvements.

The successful candidate will have:

5 years leadership experience in operations/manufacturing within multi-discipline environments ideally dairy/food FMCG.
Strong exposure across production maintenance and warehousing with proven ability to optimise output quality and deadlines.
Cost reduction and budget optimisation through collaboration with stakeholders and departments.
People leadership skills including coaching mentoring motivating and managing relationships effectively.
Continuous improvement expertise with strengths in project management problem solving negotiation and change management.
Compliance knowledge of GMP HACCP OHS plus best practice experience and relevant tertiary qualifications.
