Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and develop customized HR solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HR trends

- Support clients in talent acquisition and management processes
- Provide guidance on compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR consulting or a related role
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
