Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associated Product Owner with 34 years of experience managing enterprise-level software projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience in IoT-based projects will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of enterprise software projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
Maintain and manage product backlogs user stories and ticket workflows using tools like Jira Trello or similar.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and regular status updates.
Collaborate closely with development QA and design teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
Monitor project risks dependencies and issues escalating as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and release planning.
Support stakeholders in estimating tickets and entire projects for road mapping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

34 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing software projects.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
Proven experience with backlog management user stories and ticket tracking systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling capabilities.
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
Experience in IoT projects is a plus.
