We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associated Product Owner with 34 years of experience managing enterprise-level software projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience in IoT-based projects will be considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of enterprise software projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
- Maintain and manage product backlogs user stories and ticket workflows using tools like Jira Trello or similar.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and regular status updates.
- Collaborate closely with development QA and design teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
- Monitor project risks dependencies and issues escalating as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and release planning.
- Support stakeholders in estimating tickets and entire projects for road mapping.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 34 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing software projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Proven experience with backlog management user stories and ticket tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling capabilities.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Experience in IoT projects is a plus.
Preferred Tools & Technologies:
- Jira Confluence Trello Asana or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Agile project management tools
