Language: Fluent in Mandarin / Korean / Japanese (speaking reading writing any one language) Good English
Role Responsibilities:
Provide IT Infrastructure support including troubleshooting hardware software OS and network issues.
Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac OS Active Directory Messaging and User Profile Administration.
Application installation/uninstallation Outlook & MS Office troubleshooting.
Support end-users with laptops desktops MFDs mobiles and tablets. Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy.
Handle PC setup configuration and break-fix activities
Requirements:
34 years of experience in IT support / Service Desk / System or Network Admin
Strong understanding of PC setup configuration and break-fix activities.
Excellent customer management communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
MCP / ITIL certification is a plus (not mandatory)
