Coordinate and support the delivery of business and IT-related change initiatives in alignment with the Service Excellence strategy.
Gather document and follow through on requirements with stakeholders across business and IT functions.
Provide input on proposed change initiatives and coordinate recommendations for suitable technical solutions.
Participate in service and change review meetings to monitor service performance and ensure expectations are met.
Complete required training and adhere to all change delivery processes and procedures.
Track monitor and report on project progress against agreed plans.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes ensure business value and identify improvements for future initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
5 years of experience in service-driven change delivery roles across multi-site environments.
Fluency and confidence working in Dutch and English.
Proven experience in building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple locations.
Practical understanding of delivering strong customer experience in multi-site settings.
Strong negotiation skills with awareness of organisational politics and cultural sensitivities.
Basic knowledge of Networking WAN and LAN technologies (preferred).
Understanding of project management principles (preferred).
Experience in stakeholder management within complex environments (preferred).
A track record of delivering change initiatives through collaboration and influence (preferred).
Previous experience as a Project Lead or Change Lead in a multi-site environment (preferred).
You should possess the ability to:
Communicate clearly and confidently across different teams and organisational levels.
Coordinate multiple tasks requests and change activities with accuracy and accountability.
Analyse requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Work collaboratively in a dynamic multi-site environment.
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
Navigate complex environments with strong political and cultural awareness.
