- Assist in preparing and updating bank reconciliation schedules to ensure alignment between bank statements and internal records.
- Support the review and retirement of imprest by ensuring submitted expenses are accurate complete and compliant with internal financial policies.
- Manage workflows for expenses and invoices by processing submissions ensuring proper approvals and maintaining accurate documentation.
Post approved invoices into the accounting system ensuring correctness proper coding and timely entry.
- Support payroll-related postings including provisions for ITF NSITF and Pension while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal procedures.
- Provide general support for Finance Department activities.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA ICAN or equivalent are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in accounting finance or related functions
Knowledge & skills
- Basic accounting principles financial reporting and bookkeeping practices
