For an IT services company working on scientific research projects and part of an Open Source Community based in Rome and Milan we are looking for a:
Inside Sales / Sales Backoffice Specialist (REMOTE)
Youll become the anchor of our commercial operations - the person who makes sure our Sales team can move fast stay organized and deliver an excellent experience to prospects and clients.
In practice you will:
Support Sales Executives in their daily tasks making their lives much easier.
Collect review and assemble proposal documents (even when first drafted by others).
Manage subscription renewals ensuring clients feel guided supported and never forgotten.
Keep our CRM in perfect shape: updated accurate clean (the way every CRM dreams of being!).
Assist with administrative coordination for offers contracts procurement and invoicing.
Lend a hand to Marketing for campaigns events mailings and operational followup.
This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in making things flow and who enjoys being at the center of a lot of different activities without the pressure of a quota-carrying sales role.
Requisiti
Bachelors degree ideally in Business Economics Communication Digital Management or similar.
13 years of experience in commercial support backoffice or sales operations roles.
English language (C1 LEVEL).
PowerPoint Word Excel.
Organization and precision.
Proactivity collaboration and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
Other European languages.
CRM experience.
Experience with Universities/Research institutions.
