Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) / IT Business Management (ITBM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working across modules such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Demand Ideas Resource Management and Agile Development. The role involves implementing customizing and optimizing SPM solutions to support portfolio governance project execution and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including:
- Ideas Demand Project Program and Portfolio Management
- Resource & Time Tracking
- Financial Planning (if applicable)
- Agile 2.0 (Scrum programs epics stories etc.)
Customize forms workflows UI policies business rules and client/server-side scripts.
Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITBM APM CMDB and ITSM.
Develop dashboards and reports for portfolio performance resource utilization and project health.
Conduct unit testing support UAT and prepare deployment and technical documentation.
Manage data migrations import sets and transform maps for legacy or external data.
Ensure all configurations and customizations follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

37 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform with at least 12 years in SPM or ITBM.
Strong scripting skills using JavaScript Glide APIs and other platform scripting capabilities.
Hands-on experience configuring Portfolio Workbench Program dashboards project templates and other SPM components.
