Requirements

Core Technical Responsibilities

TPRM Configuration: Configure and customize the ServiceNow TPRM moduleforms tables workflows and dictionary elementsto meet business needs.
Assessments & Questionnaires: Create and maintain third-party assessment questionnaires using SIG CAIQ and custom templates. Configure scoring logic tiering models and assessment workflows.
Workflow Automation: Build and enhance Flow Designer or traditional workflows to automate due diligence issue/remediation tracking and renewal processes.
Security & Access Control: Set up ACLs and roles to ensure secure access to vendor and assessment data.
Scripting: Develop client scripts business rules and script includes to support custom features and improve user experience.

Integrations & Data Management

Integrations: Implement integrations with external tools (e.g. security rating services risk intelligence platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to support continuous vendor monitoring.
Data Migration: Migrate third-party engagement and assessment data from legacy systems into ServiceNow TPRM.
Data Quality: Establish validation and normalization processes to maintain accurate and reliable vendor data.

Collaboration & Delivery

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business analysts risk teams and stakeholders to convert third-party risk requirements into technical solutions.
Testing & QA: Support testing activities debug issues and ensure smooth deployment.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation including solution designs configuration specs and release notes.
End-to-End Delivery: Contribute across development testing and deployment stages.

Support & Maintenance

Technical Support: Troubleshoot post-implementation issues resolve data inconsistencies and ensure stable TPRM operations.
Reporting: Build and configure dashboards and reports to provide insights into third-party risk posture.
