Fashion Buyer 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Teamworx are delighted to partner with a well Irish lifestyle retailer to recruit an experienced Fashion Buyer for a 12-month maternity cover role. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key womenswear categories within a successful and growing retail business.
About the Role
You will lead the full buying cyclerange building sourcing supplier management negotiation product development and trading. Reporting to a Senior Buyer youll deliver trend-led commercial collections across retail and eCommerce while driving sales margin and stock performance.
There is potential for a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop trend-led customer-focused womenswear ranges.
Manage global suppliers and negotiate best costs and terms.
Analyse sales and stock to drive commercial decisions.
Oversee product development fit sessions and approvals.
Collaborate with marketing eCommerce VM and retail teams.
Support and guide junior team members.
Experience Required
5 years fashion buying experience (womenswear preferred).
Strong understanding of trends fabrics and garment construction.
Proven commercial and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Required Skills:
Analytical mindset proficient in Excel Highly organised clear communicator commercially minded used to fast-paced environments multi-site experience

5 years in a Retail Fashion Buying
