The head office for the DACH and EEC markets covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees is in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

The Showroom Coordinator (m/f/x) overseas all areas of guest & people services. Key Purpose is to deliver the best service standard in accordance with our hygiene and safety norms.

A day in the life of a Showroom Coordinator (m/f/x):

• You will host and act as the first point of contact for customers and employees at the respective showroom.
• You will manage and execute tasks related to maintenance facility management and housekeeping.
• You will organize shipping procurement and stock management.
• You will ensure a smooth and reliable service for customers during the order season and events.

What do we need from you You have:

• Hands on and solution orientated mentality
• Host character
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the hospitality sector
• Deep Knowledge and insights in different Food&Beverage/Hospitality sectors is a big advantage
• Education in Hospitality Sector
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
