About the role
The Senior Commercial Analyst will support the Central accounts management team with the back-office work related to tenders profitability best practice and governance.
The Senior analyst additionally will support the preparation of the critical upcoming tenders for our 80s and roll out this preparation from Central division to the Sub-Regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the creation of Commercial Operations Tender preparation pack
Support all other Team analysts with all tender activity specifically the analysis of the tender to ensure information is available for updating the CRM coordination of the regional price submissions and the creation of the impact analysis for CTC
Support the completion of the Path to Profitable Growth Tool to articulate how we intend to recover or improve margin post tenders outcome
Articulate with data and narrative the outcome of the critical tenders and communicate with the relevant stakeholders
Monitor the Regional adherence to the End to End tenders process with the Central and Sub-regional 80s. This includes the good usage of CRM but also all of the tools available
Provide ad hoc business analysis support to account managers with 80s accounts.
About You
Bachelor degree required preferably in Finance
Analysis skills using Excel must be excellent. Six sigma project management trained a plus
Ability to work under pressure able to adhere to timelines
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the Corrugating/Packaging industry
