Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Oklahoma City OK.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive clinical and administrative duties to support daily patient care operations.
Conduct blood draws and ensure proper specimen collection labeling and handling.
Assist providers with primary care and preventive health services.
Obtain vital signs document medical history and prepare patients for examinations.
Support scheduling patient check-in and other administrative workflows as needed.
Maintain clean stocked and organized exam rooms and equipment.
Accurately document patient encounters and clinical information in the medical record.
Provide patient education communication and follow-up instructions.
Adhere to all safety confidentiality and infection-control protocols.
Required Qualifications
23 years of clinical experience.
Experience in both front- and back-office clinical operations.
Proficiency in phlebotomy.
Active BLS or CPR certification.
Experience in primary care and preventive health services.
Ability to work with patient populations ages 2 and older.
