Location:Mountain View Arkansas

First Service Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer who can build strong relationships with clients including those in agriculture and poultry industries to join our lending team in the Mountain View Arkansas area. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who excels at developing new business managing complex commercial loan relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers and communities.

What Were Looking For:

• Ability to understand the unique financial needs of farmers and agri-business clients
• Strong sales orientation and ability to build profitable customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical underwriting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communicationwritten verbal and interpersonal.
• Superior time-management organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with MS Word Excel and basic web-based systems.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel for business calls.
• NMLS license required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.

Availability:

• Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
• Flexibility to attend community events chamber functions civic activities and business gatherings that may occur early mornings evenings or occasionally weekends
