Job Summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Colonial Heights VA clinic in a hybrid role. This full-time position blends remote clinical work with a required monthly on-site presence for direct staff support collaboration and clinical oversight.

The selected BCBA must be willing to obtain a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site clinical supervision

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs

  • Review data and ensure treatment integrity

  • Maintain payer and ethical compliance

  • Participate in monthly on-site clinic visits

  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations



Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Willingness to obtain Virginia LBA

  • Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA caseloads

  • Strong understanding of ABA clinical and ethical standards

  • Strong documentation and data analysis skills

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

  • Must pass background check and credentialing

    Required Education:
