Hours of work: 40 hours per week

The Opportunity:

We are searching for a Senior Solution Consultant to be part ofour Middle East &Africapre-sales team!

As a Solution Consultantyoullact as a trusted advisor to our customers. Understanding their business landscape andobjectivesanddemonstratingand articulating the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and how they optimise and support their digital strategies and tackle their most important business challenges.Youllprovide our customers with advice on digital change helping them to utilise Adobes content supply chain solutions and grow their business.

The Solution Consultant will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. This role requires solution selling capabilities value-prop selling methodologies strong business and selling instincts and direct in-person consultation with customers. The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.

Our most successful Solution Consultants take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors.

Youllneed the following skills and experiences to be successful:

  • Three years or more experience in a Presales capacity positioning anddemonstratingcontent & workflowsolutions ideally with aligned Adobe solutions

  • A very strongunderstanding ofdigitalmarketingcontent managementomnichannel content delivery content as a serviceasset management workflow and capacity managementtechnology andthe role this technology plays in drivingdigital transformation and business outcomes.

  • A very strongunderstanding of Digital Marketing and emerging trends

  • Experience with a subset of or all ofAdobeContent Supply Chain solutions(Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud)

  • FamiliaritywithContentArchitecture conceptsincludingcloud hosting technology across AWS Azure Google Cloudheadless and hybrid content management

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and work with Adobe sales to craftan appropriate strategyto close the sale.

  • Amplify Adobes voice at field events such as conferences seminars etc.

  • Influence Adobes product roadmap by conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams.

  • A strongtrack recordof being able toidentifycritical business issues using advanced discovery techniques and providingsolution basedapproaches.

  • Exceptional presentation skills and conversational skills including solution demonstrations using Value Based Selling techniques to different audience types.

  • High attention to detail so you can build highly personalised end to end user journey stories and solution demonstrations.

  • Business Savy allowing for excellent Discovery meetings to really understand client needs and pains
