What Youll Do:

As the Talent and HR Representative you will play a key role in supporting HR functions for our Warehouse Division including recruitment onboarding training and day-to-day HR support.

Support full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles including posting jobs screening candidates conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new warehouse employees ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Partner with Warehouse Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment priorities
Maintain HR documentation employee files and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to policies onboarding training and general HR matters
Support internal HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the Warehouse Division
Create and maintain reports for recruitment onboarding and workforce metrics
Ensure compliance with internal policies operational procedures and workplace regulations
Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the HR team

Do You Fit the Part

Post-secondary education in Human Resources
Experience in HR recruitment or a related administrative role
Knowledge of warehouse or operations environments is an asset
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent organizational time management and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A proactive resourceful and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
