What Youll Do:
As the Talent and HR Representative you will play a key role in supporting HR functions for our Warehouse Division including recruitment onboarding training and day-to-day HR support.
- Support full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles including posting jobs screening candidates conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new warehouse employees ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Partner with Warehouse Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment priorities
- Maintain HR documentation employee files and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to policies onboarding training and general HR matters
- Support internal HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the Warehouse Division
- Create and maintain reports for recruitment onboarding and workforce metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal policies operational procedures and workplace regulations
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the HR team
Do You Fit the Part
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Experience in HR recruitment or a related administrative role
- Knowledge of warehouse or operations environments is an asset
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive resourceful and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn

Pay range: $55000 - $60000 based on experience
