Job Duties
Participate in the planning and implementing rehab care to assigned residents on assigned units. Assist assigned residents to achieve and maintain highest level of independent function. Report all changes in the resident function to the Unit Manager and Lead Restorative Aide.
Complete all clerical duties as necessary to maintain proper documentation.
Performs other duties as may be assigned that are within the Nursing departments mission and as situations warrant in meeting the overall needs of the facility. (i.e. weights ADL care feeding).
May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have completed a nurse aide program and obtained certification.
