This year they successfully launched their product on the Swedish market. Thanks to strong demand and positive feedback we are now building further on the teamhence this exciting opportunity for an Application Consultant to join the Swedish expansion.

REGION

Sweden (Stockholm office in the city home office flexibility client sites and regular visits to HQ in the Netherlands).

You will report to the Team Manager in the Netherlands and collaborate closely with Swedish colleagues.


TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

This is not just a technical roleits about making a real difference for people at work. As an Application Consultant you will become the go-to expert for our clients SaaS solution in Sweden and help organisations create healthier workplaces.

Your day-to-day could look like this:
  • Supporting customers with end-user assistance and functional application management.
  • Learning the product inside out and understanding how it improves employee well-being.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor guiding clients to get the most out of the solution.
  • Helping new customers onboard smoothly and feel confident using the platform.
  • Collaborating with the Swedish team and theHQ (160 colleagues) where the company is the market leader.
  • Working in cross-functional teams (trajects) assembling different team constellations based on each clients needs.
  • Thinking with the customeractively listening seeing and hearing their contextand tailoring recommendations accordingly.
  • After onboarding contributing to sales processes in a pre-sales capacity when needed (no prior B2B SaaS sales experience required).

Youre someone who cares about people and enjoys combining technology with human impact. You thrive in a dynamic environment and like variety: operational tasks advisory work and collaborative team activities.

We would love to welcome someone who brings:
  • Early career profile this role is a great launchpad for someone starting their career. Your field of study is flexible: Business Information Systems or Management Information Systems (MIS) HR industrial engineering psychology or similar are welcome but the right mindset matters most.
  • Strong analytical capability (an analytical assessment is part of our process).
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a startup mentalitycurious proactive and comfortable with building in a growing market.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. You will work closely with the tech team in the Netherlands but you will act as the specialist for the Swedish market and Swedish-speaking clients. For that reason its important that you can communicate fluently in Swedishideally at a native or near-native levelto ensure a great customer experience.
  • A customer-first approach with empathy and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work in a team build trust quickly and collaborate across disciplines.
Nice to have:
  • Interest in HR tech employee well-being and digital solutions.
  • Any exposure to SaaS or consulting is a plus but not required.

SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Otherside at Work offers a competitive compensation package flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.

As this is a new role we are reviewing the salary level to ensure it matches responsibilities and market standards. We anticipate a range of SEK per month depending on experience.


We are committed to following the EU Salary Transparency Regulation and will share details openly during the process.

Onboarding & selection:
Structured onboarding: 6 months with mentorship and knowledge sharing fromHQ.
Process: an initial meeting with Karin at Beyondo () followed by one to two digital interviews with the clients hiring manager. Thereafter a Face-to-facemeeting in Stockholm with thehiring manager and the local team.
An analytical assessment is included as part of the recruitment process.
