Job Description:
Join a mission-driven team building the core systems for a greentech platform transforming home energy efficiency. Youll develop end-to-end features across customer journeys internal tools and critical energy calculation modelsdirectly impacting homeowners ability to reduce bills and their carbon footprint. What you will do:

Build features end-to-end from database schema to user interface solving real operational problems.
Improve and optimise existing systems making pragmatic decisions on when to refactor or rebuild.
Collaborate closely with non-engineers to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses solid professional experience building and shipping web applications that real users rely on.
Is proficient in Python and Django or demonstrates the ability to quickly master them.
Is comfortable working across the full stack including building functional UIs with modern tools.
