Join a mission-driven team building the core systems for a greentech platform transforming home energy efficiency. Youll develop end-to-end features across customer journeys internal tools and critical energy calculation modelsdirectly impacting homeowners ability to reduce bills and their carbon footprint. This hands-on position offers significant ownership in a fast-growing high-impact environment.

What you will do:

• Build features end-to-end from database schema to user interface solving real operational problems.

• Improve and optimise existing systems making pragmatic decisions on when to refactor or rebuild.

• Collaborate closely with non-engineers to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses solid professional experience building and shipping web applications that real users rely on.

• Is proficient in Python and Django or demonstrates the ability to quickly master them.

• Is comfortable working across the full stack including building functional UIs with modern tools.
