Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. With a rich history dating back to 1890 the organization has been a trusted name in the industry and continues to grow through strategic acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment providing a balance between in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage back-end servicing and support tasks efficiently.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $45000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional back-end servicing and support for personal lines accounts
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business
- Maintain and update client records using Salesforce software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance within an agency setting
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
