Pay Range: $37.00 - $55.00/per hour based on years of experience

Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmental health services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.We are currently seeking afull-timeStatewide Electronic Health Records System Analystto support our Maryland team.

TheE.H.R. System Analystdevelops work flows from data and information captured during observation and interview of key stakeholders. This person supports EPHR systems on upgrades and enhancements and travels as needed to sites to troubleshoot and provide training. They lead efforts to optimize staffs utilization of Clinical Technology via the EPHR and identify opportunities for clinical process improvements. This person works with operational and clinical leads to analyze / develop reports to ensure compliance with national regulations and contract requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred
Prior experience with implementing projects is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues identify work-around solutions and work with contracted service providers
Knowledge of correctional / general healthcare standards such as HIPAA NCCHC HL7 ICD10 and environments preferred
Over two years of experience working as a SME power user or administrator with electronic medical records or other healthcare related systems.
Over two years of experience in a clinical environment
Over two years of experience working with doctors nurses and other clinical staff on their E.H.R. needs
Over two years of experience in end-user training and in providing support
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
