About the Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist at Hearth you will:
Manage a diverse NDIS caseload across a variety of disabilities
Work with children (9) and adults in homes schools and community settings
Support clients with AAC swallowing/dysphagia and complex communication needs
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of OTs Speech Pathologists Physiotherapists and PBS Practitioners
Provide supervision and mentoring to early-career Speech Pathologists
Support quality practice improvement and contribute to broader clinical projects

What Youll Bring
Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Masters)
3 or more years of experience (preferred)
Experience in the disability and/or community sector (preferred)
Skills in AAC swallowing/dysphagia and complex communication needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative team-focused approach and comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment
A positive proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) (or eligibility to obtain)
Current or able to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (Victoria)
Drivers licence and access to a vehicle
