Job Description:
Lead operational initiatives for credit products and UK expansion within a fast-growing fintech. Youll collaborate with product legal compliance fraud and risk teams while managing external partners to ensure scalable compliant financial offerings. This role offers high autonomy and a direct impact on the companys growth operational excellence and UK market presence.

What you will do:

Serve as the key operational link between Product Legal Compliance Fraud Risk and external partners.
Manage day-to-day relationships with partner banks and third-party providers.
Build scalable processes for new credit products and monitor reporting to detect trends and anomalies.

The ideal candidate:

4 years of experience in program management operations payments banking or card program management.
Excellent communicator with strong problem-framing and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to run complex multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
