Role description: Were looking for a Senior Scheduler (f/m/d) to join our Technology team. Youll play a key role delivering some of our biggest data centre construction projects in Zaragoza Spain. There will be some travel to project locations required.

Role accountabilities:

Reviewing and analysing complex construction schedules and provide opinions advice and reports as necessary on project progress as well as predictions of the work using Primavera P6

Managing the Integrated Master Schedule

Visiting active construction projects and investigating work progress.

Advising client of actual progress and related cost implications.

Developing potential recovery plans for time and cost.

Reviewing and analysing construction claims and providing opinions advice and reports as necessary on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation mediation arbitration and litigation.

CPM scheduling and hands-on use of Primavera P6 software for project controls and evaluation of delays.

Report writing & preparation of charts & graphs to support and present analysis

Confirming progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project records.

Qualifications & Experience:

4 years of experience working in a scheduling or planning role

Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English as well as organizational skills

Ability to engage with the client and key stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Proficiency with Primavera P6

Previous experience working on data centre or other major projects is desirable
